In each of the past three years, DEF grants have touched 70-80% of the students in Durango School District 9-R, in small group, whole grade and whole school settings. From a single iPad for a reading interventionist, to an all-8th-grade Common Read, to a powerful new gymnasium/performance center sound system for a 475-student elementary school, DEF grants made a positive impact.
